Aloha Friday
from Kailani's blog:
Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too.
Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog and leave your link below. Don’t forget to visit the other participants! It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends!
This week's question: In case you're wondering, yes, I do have royal wedding fever. One reason is that I remember Princess Di's wedding that I watched at the crack of dawn as a 6th grader. Another reason is that I was in London last summer and stood outside Buckingham Palace to watch the Changing of the Guard. So the history of this moment means a lot to me. Will you, are you, did you watch the wedding this weekend of Prince William and Kate Middleton?

No I didn't watch, but that's because I don't have cable or satellite.
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch it live at 4 am but I woke up the morning of and watched it as soon as it was on and I have still been watching shows about what happened after, the fashions etc..
ReplyDeleteNope- I was snug and warm in my bed :)
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it since it was such a big event for alot of people, but.. ummm.. I have no interest in it, and didn't watch any of it. LOL
ReplyDeleteI am sad to say that I was up at 4 am due to my son braking out in a bad allergic reaction. :( I turned on the tv and happened to see all the guests arriving. WOW that was a long isle. I was curious, but didn't stay up to watch the whole thing. My neighbor had a big party to watch it the next day and celebrate.
ReplyDeletelol! i watched it from the time the princes showed up for the wedding to the time the wedding procession traveled to buckingham palace. then i went to bed . . . and spent about two days trying to catch up on the missed sleep!
